The hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to find things to do during our city break. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of foods, and the fitness center was top notch with plenty of equipment. we found the hotel to be a great value for the price.

The rooms are clean and the front desk mostly spoke english. Its in a quiet residential area.

the staff was super friendly and always willing to help. the location was excellent, close to several amenities like shopping centers and great restaurants. the breakfast was simply amazing, with a variety of delicious foods to choose from. Oh, and the free Wi-Fi was helpful for checking my social media accounts!

The room was missing some essential amenities that I expected from an apartment-style room. For example, there was a fridge and a microwave, but no dishes or cutlery.

The hotel suite is fairly new so it was clean and comfortable.

The room was cold, the heater wasn´t very good, the bed kept moving as well as it was just on wheels, also there could of been a kettle in the room maybe with some coffee?

The hotel is very near to the Marechal Deodoro metro station and from Pátio Higienópolis shopping mall. The place is quite and confort.

The bathroom is very small and the room could be cleaner.

it's new hotel,some function are not ready, the dinner in the restaurant is very bad.

Rooms are bad shaped, very cold, cleaning was unsatisfactory, no phone list, room windows were open during the night and can not be closed even in 8 degrees.No desk is available to work. Employees do not pay attention to requests, basicly do not listen.

I had a great stay here. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a fantastic Shopping Center. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and always kept clean, and the amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar added extra comfort. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant buffet offering a wide variety of delicious food. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the opportunity to stay connected during my stay.

Location is good

Terrible hotel!!! I had to change 4 rooms before I settled in one that had most facilities working. In 2 shower was broken, in 1 no internet, another 1 - you could not open the closet. In all rooms no a/c, very cold, no shutters or no windows, noisy, small space. Seems like the hotel is not complete yet, still under construction. Ad says rooms are 40sqm large, in fact they are about 20sqm but divided into 3 extremely small spaces - bedroom, kitchen, sitting area - neither one sufficient. Stay away!

It's a nice, clean and spacious room. The location is good. Theres Marechal Deodoro subway station very close to the hotel.

The shower is awful. If you want to relax while tale a shower it's not possible.
